translates as, But YES
I quickly followed phonetically with

(The nuns are beating me as i type.)

Like a true restaurateur, I followed:
Our fries are the best french fries.
Idaho Russett potatoes put through a veggie press and cut lengthwise in 3/8" x 3/8" pieces of decadence.
Then deep fried 6 minutes until Golden brown. Ultimately, they are ever so lightly saltened.
