Goodbye; I have WORK to do

A GOOD FRIEND about 40
had a baby almost 2 weeks ago.
These were her thoughts after hearing a CHILDhood friend had passed.

Kind of an odd day today. Hopped on fb last night/early this morning when Valkyrie woke up for her bars-are-closed feeding and found out that yet another of my friends from high school had passed away Sunday. We hadn't kept in touch, I don't think we ever learned how to befriend each other as adults, but there is always a corner of my heart devoted to childhood friends (yes, even the ones I've blocked on here). His passing has also made me question the wisdom of bringing a new life into my old life. So I had a talk with Tyler about what my wishes are concerning BABY V, how I want her to grow up surrounded by her order siblings, if 'something' were to happen to me. I feel old and ugly tonight.

Great news!!! A new DAY has come.
Set your sights not on what you see but on what you know.

The ocean is somtimes rough and timultuous, yet can also be still and calm as glass. 

Realize that you have been reborn through Love for and from Tyler.  Think back to Christmas 2016.  Recall how you felt when you finally got to bed Christmas Eve.  Those feelings stirred new life's hope.  Soon after BABY V said SHE IS THE ONE I WANT and GOD made it so.

So feelings restored as now you. are again living for others.  Your time will come again, but today, now, these days, are NOT yours.
YOU ARE BUILDING A NEW LIFE TODAY; do not waste a moment.

Feel refreshed and be restored.  Remember the lives that have touched yours; but focus and build on the lives YOU TOUCH.
